Rebonded foam
Basis of Greiner MULTIfoam's rebonded foam products are unused cutting scraps that occur during the converting of polyurethane foam (e.g. mattrasses, furniture)
These scraps are reduced to small pieces (flocks) and by means of binder and other additives processed into a high performance rebonded foam.
We are solely using unused foam scraps and set a high value on selection.
By using especially developed additives particular customer demands can be realised, such as special colors, electrical conductivity
and low emissions.
We are continously further developing our products to demonstrate new scopes to our customers.
All Greiner rebonded foam products are characterised by:
• Absorption of drop and impact energy
• physiological neutral
• outstanding sound absorption and sound insulation
• very good damping capacity
• heat and ageing resistant
• environmental friendly
Due to combination of different raw materials it is possible to achieve sometimes better properties compared to products made of virgin raw materials.
